Manage personnel and resolve conflicts A Deshuing Supervisor is required for work at a beef production plant. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate the production process. * Ensure and coordinate food safety and quality standards during production. * Verify and validate personal protective equipment to ensure staff safety. * Manage business performance indicators. \* **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Prior experience as a meat processing supervisor. * Demonstrable personnel management experience (more than 20 people). * Knowledge of product specifications. * Knowledge of yield analysis for meat, fat, and bone. * BPMS, POES, HACCP * Personal vehicle. * Strong communication skills and conflict resolution ability.
