Participate in continuous improvement projects. **Description** We are seeking an organized and analytical individual to support process documentation, information analysis, and project tracking, contributing to continuous improvement across various departments. **Requirements** * Industrial engineer or related degree. * 1–2 years of experience in similar roles. * Proficiency in Smartsheet. * Knowledge of process analysis and KPIs. * Intermediate English. * Proactivity, organization, and teamwork. **Responsibilities** * Documentation of processes, policies, and job descriptions. * Calculation of performance indicators. * Preparation of information and process analyses. * Participation in continuous improvement projects.
