We are looking for a proactive **Project and Civil Construction Engineer** with a dual profile to lead, plan, and supervise the execution of our telecommunications and civil construction projects. This role combines **Project Manager (PM)** responsibilities with **On-site Construction Engineering**, ensuring quality and timely delivery from design through to final implementation. **Key Responsibilities** **1\. Client Leadership and Communication:** * Serve as the company's primary point of contact, **holding regular meetings with the end client** to define project **initiation, monitor progress, and coordinate formal project closure.** * Ensure client expectations align with project scope. **2\. Project Management and Control:** * Plan, organize, and oversee all aspects of the project lifecycle. * Monitor progress, resources, and risks using the **Monday** platform to ensure transparency and achievement of defined **KPIs**. * Manage and coordinate subcontractors and technical teams on site. **3\. Technical Engineering and Design:** * Create and update **detailed engineering designs, conduit plans, and schematics** using **AutoCAD**. * Ensure civil and telecommunications engineering designs comply with local regulations and quality standards. **4\.
