At Difarmer, there is a place for you as a Returns Assistant. **Objective:** Receive products returned by customers and verify compliance with the company's "Returns Policy"; support general audits, cancellations, shrinkage, and supplier returns; perform cleaning and organization of the work area. **Business Type:** Pharmaceutical distributor. **Requirements:** Completed high school education, technical degree or incomplete university studies, willingness to travel **Skills:** Teamwork, logical reasoning, problem-solving, active listening, planning and organization, proposing solutions, verbal communication skills. **Knowledge:** Mathematics, proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.), decision-making, loading, unloading, and general product storage, storage techniques. **Work Experience:** 1 year of experience **Responsibilities:** Receive returned goods from sales agents according to policy. Submit the list of incidents to the Returns Supervisor. Record returned goods into inventory per internal policy. Return non-compliant returns to sales agents. Receive products from business closures. Remove items from inventory for return to suppliers (items that have undergone the inventory intake process); track market withdrawals and supplier returns; handle PNOs (Poor Quality Products), conduct inspections and track shrinkage items; submit monthly shrinkage reports to the Inventory Coordinator; monitor cancellations and inject data per internal policies.
