Personnel Administration** * Coordinate recruitment, selection, hiring, and onboarding processes. * Maintain an updated and complete employee roster. * Supervise personnel files, registrations, terminations, and regulatory compliance. * Propose recruitment sources and maintain a candidate database. * Analyze staffing needs and participate in expansion projects. * Design and supervise organizational and personnel administration policies. **2\. Development and Compensation** * Coordinate training and talent development programs. * Implement performance evaluations and work climate measurements. * Design and supervise fair and competitive compensation policies. * Ensure compliance with internal policies, safety, and hygiene standards. **3\. Work Climate and Retention** * Execute internal communication plans. * Measure and monitor the work climate. * Implement strategies to reduce turnover. * Manage labor conflicts. * Coordinate recognition programs and team-building activities. * Analyze turnover indicators and salary surveys. **4\. Organizational Culture** * Promote the organization's mission, vision, and values. * Encourage compliance with regulations and policies. * Participate in meetings, trainings, and institutional events.
