




At Nexgen Systems we are growing and looking for a Sales Manager to drive the adoption of our technological solutions among enterprise customers. Your mission will be to generate, manage, and close business opportunities with companies by understanding their challenges and proposing value-based solutions from our SaaS portfolio. **Ideal Profile:** * You enjoy consultative selling, understanding the customer's business, and speaking in terms of ROI, efficiency, and results. * You are proactive, organized, and take ownership of your performance metrics. * You are comfortable working with clear targets and performance-based incentives. * You are interested in technology trends, SaaS, and digital transformation. **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage the complete B2B sales cycle: prospecting, diagnosis, demonstrations, proposals, negotiation, and closing. * Deliver presentations and platform demos to directors, managers, and decision-makers. * Deeply understand customer needs to provide consultative, not just transactional, sales. * Collaborate closely with implementation, support, and product teams to ensure a positive customer experience. * Follow up with existing customers to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. * Meet and exceed defined sales quotas and KPIs. **Requirements:** * Optional experience. * Experience managing the full sales cycle from start to finish. * Ability to communicate effectively with executive profiles (C-Level, management, directors). * Strong results orientation and goal achievement focus. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection handling skills.
