




**Job Objective** Coordinate and supervise the division’s designated regions to ensure performance and achievement of key indicators. **General Responsibilities** * Monitor achievement of established targets. * Conduct daily meetings with direct reports. * Review divisional incidents. * Conduct on-site visits to branches exhibiting the highest delinquency and loan disbursement variances. * Implement strategies to improve branches with the highest performance variances. * Review and deploy current marketing campaigns. * Motivate staff to achieve established goals. * Supervise the development and implementation of sales strategies. * Develop new business plans. * Generate periodic reports on regional performance. Integrate, develop, and motivate assigned regions. * Requirements: Minimum 2 years verifiable experience as a REGIONAL MANAGER in financial credit origination People management skills Customer service orientation Gender: Unrestricted Age: 25–55 years Education: Completed bachelor’s degree Valid driver’s license Proficiency in performance metrics Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Proactive attitude Effective communication skills
