We invite you to apply for the **IT COORDINATOR** position with the following profile: **REQUIREMENTS**: * Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, with responsibilities in IT infrastructure management and user support. **RESPONSIBILITIES**: * Administer and maintain IT infrastructure, including networks (LAN/WAN), servers, hardware (laptops, printers, etc.), and software. * Provide second-level technical support to users, resolving incidents promptly and effectively to minimize downtime. * Configure and administer information security policies. * Lead and coordinate projects for implementing new technologies and upgrading existing systems. **WE OFFER**: * Benefits exceeding legal requirements: grocery vouchers, savings fund, additional vacation days, enhanced vacation bonus, and more. **IMPORTANT**: *This position is located at an industrial park in Apaseo El Grande, Gto.
