Company dedicated to the sale of Seeds and forages is seeking Sales Coordinator (Agricultural Engineer) Lead and motivate a team of technical advisors. \- Plan and supervise the sales strategy in the assigned area. \- Set objectives and performance metrics for the sales team. \- Meet the assigned sales budget. \- Manage relationships with customers and suppliers for proper inventory management. \- Supervise sales advisors' logs. \- Monitor sales progress and goal achievement. \- Maintain effective communication with network of advisors and key clients. \- Generate monthly sales progress and accounts receivable collection reports. \- Identify growth opportunities and continuously improve the efficiency of the sales team.
