A Mexican firm with a solid track record in the development and operation of infrastructure projects is seeking talent for the position of: **IT Systems Intern.** **Job Objective** Provide operational support and assistance to the IT Systems area, contributing to the proper functioning of the technological infrastructure, ensuring operational continuity and timely service to internal users. **Functions / Main Responsibilities:** * Provide first-level technical support to internal users (hardware and software). * Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computing equipment. * Track incidents and requests through the ticketing system. * Support preventive and corrective maintenance of technological equipment. * Configure user accounts, email accounts, and access to internal systems. * Provide basic network and connectivity support. * Assist with data backups and system updates. * Manage and update the inventory of technological equipment. * Prepare reports and technical documentation for the area. **Required Profile** * Graduate or recent graduate in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields. * Interest in developing a career in infrastructure and technical support. * Availability during regular business hours (Monday to Friday). **Knowledge and Skills:** * Basic knowledge of technical support and equipment maintenance. * Proficiency in Windows operating systems. * General knowledge of networks and connectivity. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Analytical ability and problem-solving orientation. * Organizational skills and attention to detail. * Service-oriented attitude. * Collaborative teamwork. * Effective communication. **We Offer:** * Monthly stipend of $8,000\. * Professional experience with a consolidated firm. * Continuous learning and departmental mentoring. * A professional environment oriented towards results.
