




Requirements: Experience: \- Minimum 3 years in private security or in a supervisory position. Skills: o Time organization and management. o Leadership ability and teamwork. o Effective communication, both verbal and written. o Quick decision-making and peaceful conflict resolution. Knowledge: o Private security regulations. o Use of technological tools for personnel management (management software or similar). o Knowledge of security laws and protocols. Education: o Completed or incomplete bachelor's degree. o Certification in private security or related field (desirable). Competencies: o Proactivity and problem-solving ability. o Integrity and professional ethics. o Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure in critical situations. o Patience and ability to remain calm in stressful situations. Responsibilities: 1\. Schedule Management: o Coordinate and schedule security personnel work shifts, ensuring adequate coverage across all required areas. o Coordinate shifts and breaks, guaranteeing that all personnel are available according to operational needs. 2\. Logbook Review: o Supervise and review each officer’s logbooks to ensure all activities, incidents, and observations during their shifts are properly recorded. o Analyze recorded information to identify security patterns or areas for improvement. 3\. Issuance of Badges and Cones: o Verify correct issuance and use of security badges and cones by personnel. o Maintain an updated inventory of security equipment and coordinate replenishment when necessary. 4\. Patrol Supervision: o Ensure patrols are conducted efficiently and at scheduled times, verifying coverage of all critical areas of the facility. o Conduct periodic inspections to confirm patrols are carried out according to established protocols. 5\. Training and Development: o Provide ongoing guidance and training to security personnel on security procedures and protocols. o Foster a collaborative and continuously improving work environment among team members. 6\. Reporting and Communication: o Prepare daily reports on team activities, incidents occurred, and suggestions to improve security. o Maintain constant communication with management and other related departments to coordinate actions and resolve security issues.
