Participation in accounting closings and audits ***Job Objective:*** Provides support in various accounting and administrative tasks of the company. ***Responsibilities:*** * Support in recording journal entries for revenues, expenses, and general ledger. * Enter accounting data into the system. * Support bank account reconciliations and verify bank balances. * Prepare basic accounting reports and statements. * Maintain up-to-date accounting records and file accounting documentation. * Assist in preparing working papers for tax returns and administrative procedures. * Collaborate with the accountant on specific departmental tasks. * Support monthly and annual accounting closings. * Assist in internal or external audits by providing required documentation. ***Requirements:*** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Administration. * 1 year of experience in basic accounting functions. * Basic knowledge of accounting systems.
