Job Description Grupo Bafar is seeking a committed and efficient Driver Assistant to join our team. Our company is recognized for the quality of its products and excellent customer service. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the driver in delivering goods, ensuring that delivery times and established protocols are met. Job Requirements Experience: One year of experience as a driver assistant or in a similar position. Availability: Must be available to travel to León every Tuesday to load products. Punctuality: We seek individuals who value punctuality and responsibility in adhering to scheduled hours. Driving Skills: Experience driving vehicles—preferably cargo vehicles—is highly valued. Duties and Responsibilities Assist the Driver: Help the driver with loading and unloading goods during the route. Route Schedule: Begin the route at 6:00 AM and assist with scheduled deliveries, typically concluding between 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM. Trips to León: Every Tuesday, you must travel to León to load products, settle invoices, and return to Morelia the same day. Route Compliance: Support adherence to established routes, ensuring deliveries are carried out effectively and on schedule. Vehicle Maintenance: Assist in maintaining and cleaning the delivery vehicle, ensuring it remains in optimal condition for each trip.
