Job Description: We are a private hospital chain dedicated to health care, diagnosis, and treatment, aiming to provide high-quality specialized medical services through a low-cost model. **WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Database Analyst** **Position Objective:** Analyze, structure, and present clinical, operational, and administrative hospital data to support strategic decision-making by designing indicators, control dashboards, and executive reports, contributing to improved hospital quality and efficiency. **Education:** Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field. **Minimum Experience:** 1 to 2 years in data analysis within healthcare institutions or service-sector companies. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. **Work Mode:** On-site (may include hybrid format if permitted by the organization) **Location:** Hospital Médica de la Ciudad **Technical Skills:** Analysis of hospital data (quality, operational, financial). \* Databases: SQL, Oracle, query handling. \* Advanced Excel (pivot tables, Power Query, macros). \* KPIs and hospital performance indicators (occupancy rate, discharges, turnover, length of stay, etc.). \* CRM and management platform experience. \* Data visualization (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) – desirable. **Main Responsibilities:** Design, automate, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the hospital. Extract, process, and analyze data from institutional databases (clinical, administrative, financial). Create executive reports and interactive dashboards for senior management. Support hospital quality management by providing analytical insights for decision-making. Identify areas for operational improvement based on data and propose evidence-based solutions. Ensure data integrity, quality, and consistency. Assist in the use and configuration of hospital CRM systems.
