We are seeking an **Administrator** for our **Fuel Distribution Company**, responsible for properly managing the business unit to ensure orderly handling of the company’s invoicing, collections, and commissions, as well as serving internal and external customers and suppliers. ***Job Responsibilities:*** * Issue invoices to customers. * Plan activities and allocate resources and tasks. * Monitor the billing and commission control board. * Request increases in download volumes to ensure accurate billing. * Deliver required reports or documents on time and as specified. * Submit the company’s daily cash flow report, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. * Update bank account balances. * Track reimbursements. * Monitor expenses. * Address audit and accounting requests. * Collect payments from customers and suppliers. * Prepare payment complements. * Register new customers and suppliers. * Generate purchase and sales reports. ***Requirements:*** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Public Accounting * Age 30–45 years * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * Experience in administrative management ***Salary and Benefits:*** * Working hours: 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday * Monthly net salary: $13,000 * Commissions based on sales * Savings fund * Life insurance * Free parking Employment type: Full-time Salary: $13,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Life insurance * Free uniforms Work location: On-site
