




Workplace: 5-minute walk from Sevilla metro station Experience: Minimum five verifiable years Academic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in economics/administration, psychology, or related field. * Payroll Administration: * Supervise and validate weekly, biweekly, or monthly payroll calculation and disbursement processes. * Ensure compliance with tax, labor, and social security obligations (IMSS, INFONAVIT, ISR). * Manage personnel incidents (absences, tardiness, vacations, disabilities, etc.). * Coordinate timely issuance of CFDI payroll receipts in accordance with current regulations. * Legal Compliance (Federal Labor Law): * Ensure strict adherence to the Federal Labor Law across all labor processes (hiring, dismissals, disciplinary actions, working hours, rest periods, vacations, year-end bonus, etc.). * Draft and update individual and collective employment contracts. * Support labor audits and respond to inspections by the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare (STPS). * Implement internal policies in alignment with statutory requirements to mitigate legal risks and labor claims. * Recruitment and Selection: * Coordinate talent attraction and selection processes aligned with required profiles. * Conduct interviews, administer psychometric or technical assessments, and verify professional references. * Ensure proper onboarding of new hires through structured induction programs. * Labor Relations and Organizational Climate: * Address internal labor conflicts and promote healthy workplace coexistence. * Serve as liaison between operational/administrative staff and management. * Coordinate employee climate surveys and propose improvement initiatives. * Training and Development: * Identify training needs and propose development plans. * Coordinate courses, workshops, or technical and soft-skills certifications. * Monitor performance evaluations. * Personnel Administration: * Maintain up-to-date physical and digital personnel files. * Process registrations, terminations, and modifications with IMSS and other relevant institutions. * Track permissions, vacations, leaves, and other administrative incidents. * Policies and Procedures: * Propose, update, and implement HR policies and manuals. * Ensure compliance with the internal work regulations. * Social Security and Institutional Relations: * Coordinate procedures with IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, SAT, and other government agencies. * Monitor disability claims (ST-7, ST-2, ST-3) and manage corresponding reimbursements. * Management Indicators and Reporting: * Generate periodic reports on turnover, absenteeism, seniority, headcount, labor costs, etc. * Propose process improvements based on data and key performance indicators. Key Competencies for the Role: * In-depth knowledge of the Federal Labor Law and social security regulations. * Proficiency in payroll systems and government platforms (IDSE, SUA, SIPARE, etc.). * Strong organizational skills, confidentiality, and attention to detail. * Leadership, effective communication, and conflict resolution abilities.
