We are seeking an Operations Manager with proven experience in transit cargo custody, asset security, and familiarity with GPS monitoring platforms. **Requirements** * Completed or incomplete Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, Logistics, Transportation, or related field. * 3–6 years of verifiable experience in transit cargo custody. * 3–5 years of experience in a GPS monitoring center. * Knowledge of domestic and international routes. * Flexible working hours. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (70%). **Responsibilities** * Supervise and ensure the proper execution of transit transportation custody operations. * Manage the operational budget (coverage expenses). * Supervise operational staff and oversee continuous staff training. * Implement continuous improvement strategies. * Prepare and submit performance reports and KPIs to senior management.
