At **Hotel Soria**, we are looking for a **Night Shift Receptionist** who is committed, responsible, and possesses **leadership capability**, to join our team on a stable basis. This **is not an entry-level position**. We seek an organized, decisive, and professional individual capable of managing both guest service and **operational coordination of staff** during their shift. **Required Profile** **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree preferred in Tourism Business Administration, Business Administration, or related fields **or verifiable experience in hotel reception and operational management**. **Essential Competencies:** * High **responsibility and integrity** * Ability to **follow internal procedures and policies** * **Operational leadership** and staff management * Clear, firm, and assertive communication * Stress tolerance and incident resolution * Professional attitude and results orientation **Technical Skills:** * Cash handling and cash reconciliation * Billing * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * Proper handling of confidential information * In-person and telephone customer service **Main Responsibilities** * Comprehensive guest service from **check\-in through check\-out**, per hotel procedures * **Responsible for the hotel’s overnight operations, ensuring order, control, and resolution of incidents during the shift** * Ensuring compliance with internal procedures * Preparation of administrative reports * Cash reconciliation and cash control * Handover preparation for the morning shift **Schedule and Conditions** * **Night shift** * **8-hour shift** (11:00 PM to 7:00 AM) * **One day off per week** * **Rotating schedule** * **Flexible availability required** *(We are a 24/7 operating hotel; therefore, commitment and punctuality are mandatory.)* **Position Type** * Full-time * Indefinite-term contract **Benefits** * Statutory benefits: IMSS, Infonavit, Afore, year-end bonus, vacation. **Important Note** We seek individuals with **job stability, professional demeanor, and genuine commitment** to hotel operations and procedures.
