




**OBJECTIVE:** Accurately determine, in accordance with current regulations, the appropriate tariff classification for goods intended for import or export, ensuring compliance with tax and customs obligations while avoiding violations and penalties imposed by authorities, and optimizing foreign trade processes. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Collect technical and commercial documentation for goods (technical specifications, catalogs, descriptions, etc.). * Conduct preliminary searches in databases to locate previously classified goods. * Support implementation of WikiTarifa (internal tariff classification platform) by uploading merchandise information upon client request and providing training as needed. * Update internal records of tariff classifications and non-tariff requirements. * Participate in all operational, safety, quality, and corporate culture training sessions assigned by the Company. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Law, International Trade and Customs, International Business, International Relations, Customs and Logistics, or Global Commercial Logistics Engineering, or equivalent. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in tariff classification. * Knowledge of: General Import and Export Tax Law; Federal Law for the Prevention and Identification of Transactions Involving Illicit Proceeds; Legal Framework for Foreign Trade; Customs Law and its Regulations; Foreign Trade Law and its Regulations; General Rules of Foreign Trade; IMMEX Decree. * **Advanced English**: Communicates fluently in complex professional contexts, participates in meetings, drafts reports, and handles technical documentation in English. * Valid visa mandatory.
