




**Job Objective** Analyze, improve, and optimize production processes to ensure operational efficiency, product quality, and cost reduction, using continuous improvement tools and data analysis. **Key Responsibilities** * Evaluate and improve production processes through technical analysis and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies. * Conduct time studies, motion studies, and capacity analyses to identify improvement opportunities. * Develop, update, and document procedures, work instructions, and operating standards. * Implement process improvements that increase productivity and reduce waste. * Analyze production data to identify variations, trends, and critical areas. * Coordinate continuous improvement projects with Production, Quality, and Maintenance departments. * Participate in the validation of new equipment, tools, or materials. * Provide technical support to operational areas for resolving process-related issues. * Ensure compliance with internal safety and quality policies and standards. * Prepare technical reports and presentations on results, key performance indicators, and implemented improvements. **Job Requirements** * Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering degree. * Knowledge of continuous improvement and analysis tools such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma. * Ability to perform data analysis and use statistical tools. * Capability to identify and implement process improvements. * Project management and process documentation skills. * Basic knowledge of industrial machinery and production processes. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles. **Skills and Competencies** * Analytical thinking * Problem solving * Project management * Organization and follow-up * Results orientation * Collaborative work * Effective communication Employment type: Full-time Salary: $20,000.00 – $22,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Free parking * Option for permanent employment contract * Medical expense insurance * Additional vacation days or paid leave * Food vouchers Education: * Completed Bachelor’s degree (Preferred) Experience: * Process engineering: 1 year (Required) Work location: On-site
