Job Summary: Verify and report route reconciliations to ensure item traceability, prevent theft, and support operational control. Key Highlights: 1. Reporting of results for corrective actions General Purpose Verify and report route reconciliations (Pickup/Delivery) to ensure the entry and exit of items from units and the platform at the COP, thereby ensuring full traceability and preventing item theft, as well as supporting general administrative tasks for operational control. Main Responsibilities Perform pickup and delivery route reconciliations. Verify that all routes entering/leaving the COP reflect identical quantities of item entries/exits—whether collected, delivered, or both—and ensure the driver signs acceptance for any discrepancy. To prevent item theft. Obtain information on items with reconciliation discrepancies for pickups and deliveries. Identify each manifest with an incident, question the driver, and require immediate delivery of that item. To guarantee all items continue flowing through the Estafeta network and maintain full traceability. Issue records for all items remaining on the platform. Register, locate, and manage all pending shipments awaiting route dispatch on the platform. To physically identify items on the platform and confirm that all items have a pending status recorded on the platform. Analyze fuel performance for pickup routes. Conduct daily audits to monitor fuel loading efficiency (high and low performance). To provide information to supervisors enabling them to prevent misuse and theft of fuel. Report reconciliation results for pickups and deliveries and fuel performance audits to the supervisor. Document and submit the daily report upon completion of reconciliations and fuel performance audits. To enable the supervisor to implement corrective and/or preventive actions with drivers/routes experiencing incidents, thereby preventing recurrence. Education: Academic Level: University (incomplete or graduated) Knowledge Profile Microsoft Office: Intermediate. Data analysis using pivot tables, formulas, presentation of activity results, daily indicator reporting. Experience Profile Warehouse: 6 months. Data analysis, identifying and improving indicator deviations, inventory execution, controlling item inflows and outflows. Personnel management, negotiation for conflict resolution.
