




**Essential Functions** **ADVANCED ENGLISH** * Monitor equipment performance to identify improvements that increase reliability and scalability. * Evaluate, inspect, maintain, and improve new and existing equipment to meet capacity demands. * Support evaluation of new processes, monitor modifications, and resolve issues. * Audit processes to ensure optimal production and quality levels. * Implement systems to prevent defects (Poka-Yokes, Go/No-Go tools). * Update safety risk assessments (HAZOP). * Collaborate with associated plants and engineering facilities to adopt best practices. * Work with Quality, Safety, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Engineering on changes or improvements. * Develop cost-reduction initiatives. * Analyze failures using root cause analysis (5 Whys) and define corrective actions. * Provide engineering support and training to personnel. * **Participate in key activities such as:** * Production control (Comet, orders, scrap, hour-by-hour, packaging) * PFMEA, SOPs, CTQ * Kitting and packaging processes * KPIs (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Costs, Personnel) * Maintenance programs and production efficiency * Kick-off meetings, downtime management, and escalations **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent). * 3 to 5 years of manufacturing experience in high-volume environments (preferably in engineering or continuous improvement). * Knowledge of manufacturing processes, machinery, materials, packaging, and logistics. * Interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills. * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing. * Ability to manage tasks and schedules. * Preference for strong background in process engineering, mechanical aptitude, and problem-solving. * Ability to interact with all organizational levels. * Advanced proficiency in computer tools (Google Suite, AutoCAD).
