Provide ongoing support in managing organizational change processes and initiatives. \| 2 \| **Recruitment and Selection;** \-Develop plans and strategies to attract qualified candidates. Supervise the selection process based on skills and qualities aligned with company culture. \| 3 \| **Training;** \-Design and implement, together with leaders from each business area, appropriate team development and training programs. \-Promote internal talent by supporting the design and development of succession plans for key positions within the group to ensure long-term continuity. \-Performance evaluation; execute and implement performance appraisal systems as required by each company. \| 4 \| **Compensation and Recognition;** \-Develop competitive salary structures according to market data and compensation studies for each industry represented by the group. \-Manage employee benefits and recognition programs across the organization, ensuring they remain competitive, attractive, and aligned with the group's environment. \| 5 \| **Organizational Culture Coordinator;** \-Act as a pillar in developing and promoting an organizational culture aligned with company values. \-Wellness and Health; promote, together with the human resources team, initiatives that best support work-life balance for employees. \-Ensure alignment and compliance with the group's code of conduct and internal policies. \-Internal Communication; drive the group's vision and mission. \-Plan activities that promote our corporate social responsibility vision. \| 6 \| **Leadership and Supervision;** \-Evaluate team performance in accordance with the KPIs established by the group. \-Provide coaching and advisory support, acting as a strategic advisor to management. \| 7 \| **Labor Relations and Compliance;** \-Ensure legal compliance and adherence to all labor laws and regulations. \- **What we are looking for** * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Administration, or related field * Minimum 4 years of experience in recruitment, organizational development, workplace climate, compensation, creating work plans, and performance evaluations * Experience implementing process improvements * In-depth knowledge of Federal Labor Law (LFT), IMSS, STPS, NOM standards * Experience managing a workforce of over 200 employees * Willingness to travel * Must reside in Navojoa or Ciudad Obregón **What we offer** * Monthly gross salary of $45,000 MXN * Statutory benefits * 5% savings fund * Work schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 1:30 PM * Work location: Colonia Reforma, Navojoa Employment type: Full-time, Indefinite contract Salary: $45,000.00 per month Benefits: * Major medical expense insurance Application questions: * Are you available to travel? * Size of personnel roster you have managed * What is your level of knowledge regarding LFT, IMSS, STPS, NOM standards? * Do you live in Navojoa?
