Provide ongoing support in managing and carrying out organizational change processes \| 2 \| **Recruitment and Selection;** \-Develop plans and strategies for attracting qualified candidates \-Supervise the selection process based on skills and qualities aligned with the company culture \| 3 \| **Training;** \-Design and implement, together with leaders from each business area, appropriate team development and training plans. \-Promote internal talent by supporting the design and development of succession plans for key positions within the group to ensure long-term continuity. \-Performance evaluation; execute and implement performance evaluation systems as required by each company. \| 4 \| **Compensation and Recognition;** \-Develop competitive salary structures according to market data and compensation studies for each industry represented by the group \-Manage employee benefit and recognition programs within the group, ensuring they remain highly competitive, attractive to employees, and aligned with the Group's environment. \| 5 \| **Organizational Culture Coordinator;** \-Act as a pillar in developing and promoting an organizational culture aligned with company values \-Well-being and Health; promote, together with the human resources team, initiatives that best support work-life balance for employees. \-Ensure alignment with and compliance of the Group’s code of conduct and internal policies \-Internal Communication; promote the vision and mission of the group \-Plan activities that promote our corporate social responsibility vision \| 6 \| **Leadership and Supervision;** \-Validate team performance in accordance with the KPIs established by the group \-Provide coaching and advisory services, acting as a consultant to management \| 7 \| **Labor Relations and Compliance;** \-Ensure legal compliance and adherence to all labor laws and regulations \- **What we are looking for** * Bachelor’s degree in human resources, psychology, administration, or related field * 3 years of experience in recruitment, organizational development, workplace climate, compensation, and performance evaluations * Extensive knowledge of Federal Labor Law (LFT), IMSS, STPS, NOM standards * Experience managing a workforce of over 200 employees * Must reside in Navojoa **What we offer** * Monthly nominal salary of $15,000, based on experience * Statutory benefits * 5% savings fund * Monthly performance bonus of $3,000 nominal * Work schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 1:30 PM * Work location: Colonia Reforma, Navojoa Employment type: Full-time, indefinite term Salary: $15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Major medical expense insurance Application questions: * Size of personnel roster you have managed * Length of experience as an HR and organizational development leader * What is your level of knowledge regarding LFT, IMSS, STPS, NOM standards? * Do you reside in Navojoa?
