**An automotive dealership is seeking a Human Resources and Organizational Development Manager**
* **Responsibilities**
\| 1 \| **Planning and Strategy;** \-Contribute to the planning and development of human resources policies. Provide ongoing support in managing organizational change processes and initiatives.
\| 2 \| **Recruitment and Selection;** \-Develop plans and strategies to attract qualified candidates. Supervise the selection process based on skills and qualities aligned with company culture.
\| 3 \| **Training;** \-Design and implement, together with leaders from each business area, appropriate team development and training programs. \-Promote internal talent by supporting the design and development of succession plans for key positions within the group to ensure long-term continuity. \-Performance evaluation; execute and implement performance appraisal systems as required by each company.
\| 4 \| **Compensation and Recognition;** \-Develop competitive salary structures according to market data and compensation studies for each industry represented by the group. \-Manage employee benefits and recognition programs across the organization, ensuring they remain competitive, attractive, and aligned with the group's environment.

\| 7 \| **Labor Relations and Compliance;** \-Ensure legal compliance and adherence to all labor laws and regulations. \-
**What we are looking for**
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Administration, or related field
* Minimum 4 years of experience in recruitment, organizational development, workplace climate, compensation, creating work plans, and performance evaluations
* Experience implementing process improvements
* In-depth knowledge of Federal Labor Law (LFT), IMSS, STPS, NOM standards
* Experience managing a workforce of over 200 employees
* Willingness to travel
* Must reside in Navojoa or Ciudad Obregón
