It operates in all states of the country, employs over 118,000 people, and ranks among the **top 10 employers in the United Mexican States.** It comprises three business units: Coppel Stores, Afore Coppel, and BanCoppel. **Position Objective:** Perform home-based collections activities for the various financial products offered by Grupo Coppel, supporting maintenance of a healthy loan portfolio through portfolio recovery management, delivery of account statements, and confirmation of customer information—providing comprehensive and consistent support. **Main Responsibilities:** * Identify customers with overdue accounts within the assigned area to conduct timely follow-ups, establish payment agreements, and/or receive payments enabling them to bring their accounts current. * Confirm the address and personal details of each customer applying for credit across any of the group’s financial services, ensuring data accuracy to facilitate better credit analysis and response. * Deliver account statements, promotions, and the Coppel newspaper to customers promptly, along with guidance tailored to their expressed needs, thereby enhancing satisfaction with Grupo services. * Submit received payments and/or customer agreements for system entry, ensuring account information is updated by end-of-day. * Promote Coppel Credit by encouraging individuals to apply for credit, thereby expanding the group’s customer base. * Collect, when necessary per internal policies, merchandise with overdue payments to enable partial recovery of the outstanding balance. **Required Profile:** * No experience required. * Cambaceo. **Work Address:** Guaymas, Sonora Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $9,880.00 per month Benefits: * Educational assistance * Transportation assistance or service * Employee discount * Life insurance * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
