




Position Summary: We are seeking a Collection Advisor to manage wholesale customer service, collection activities for delinquent customers, and portfolio monitoring. Key Highlights: 1. Wholesale customer service We are looking for a Collection Advisor Responsibilities: * Wholesale customer service * Telephone and in-person collection management for delinquent customers. * Monitoring of active customer portfolios, * Daily portfolio entry to support the collection manager * Validation for credit limit increases. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 7 PM (2-hour lunch break); Saturdays, 9 AM to 2 PM Salary: Tax-free base pay + biweekly bonuses starting after the first month.
