This role encompasses camera operation, audiovisual production, global content creation, social media management, editorial planning, and support for digital campaigns. It is a creative, hands-on position focused on generating compelling content that accurately represents the brand. **Responsibilities** Photography and video production using professional or semi-professional cameras. Editing of visual content for use on social media, websites, and commercial materials. Development of narrative, descriptive, and educational content about wooden playgrounds. End-to-end social media management: scheduling, monitoring, engagement, and analytics. Collaborative editorial calendar planning with the marketing team. On-site coverage of installations, deliveries, and special projects to capture authentic product footage. Creation of globally adaptable content suitable for diverse markets. Documentation of processes, materials, and projects for commercial and branding purposes. Collaboration with internal sales and installation teams to capture relevant content. Management and safeguarding of assigned audiovisual equipment. **Requirements** Prior experience in content creation, community management, or audiovisual production. Proficiency in operating DSLR, mirrorless, or equivalent cameras. Basic to intermediate skills in video and photo editing. Ability to write clear, descriptive, and brand-aligned copy. Social media management (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube). Familiarity with digital collaboration tools such as Monday or Slack. Strong organizational skills, punctuality, and ability to work under editorial deadlines. Willingness to work on-site and conduct field visits for content capture. Residency in Monterrey or its metropolitan area. **Preferred Qualifications** Previous experience creating content for family-oriented, children’s, or residential products. Understanding of digital strategies, foundational metrics, and content KPIs. Storytelling ability and capacity to generate creative concepts.
