




**Position:** Human Resources Coordination **Position Description:** Provide operational support to the Human Resources department, ensuring the proper execution of processes related to recruitment, training, employee relations, personnel administration, and organizational culture, aligned with the values and standards of the brands we represent at the Koral Center corporate office. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage recruitment and selection processes for operational and administrative staff. * Coordinate onboarding and welcome activities for new employees. * Maintain up-to-date employee files and the employee database. * Organize training sessions, team-building events, and wellness activities. * Monitor disciplinary procedures under the supervision of the HR Manager. * Support the preparation and follow-up of performance evaluations. * Participate in internal and external audits (e.g., ISO, SSTPS, Hilton QA). * Monitor and promote compliance with internal policies and Hilton culture. * Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding HR matters: vacations, leaves, certificates, etc. * Actively and neutrally listen to each employee and follow up on conflict resolution. * Manage uniform distribution and inventory control. * Participate in job fairs. * Maintain a clean workspace. * Submit reports on time and as required. * Keep internal communication channels updated. Requirements: * Minimum 1 year of experience. * Flexible availability to work various shifts. * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields.
