




Unload raw materials into the correct silo according to departmental procedures and assist with departmental cleaning tasks. Achieve starch, malt, and barley liquefaction by correctly and efficiently operating cookers, mash tuns, extractors, boiling kettles, and hot wort tanks, adhering to scheduled timelines, process curves, and specified time and temperature parameters in accordance with quality standards and established procedures. Monitor the wort fermentation process, yeast handling, and beer maturation, following programmed operational conditions and meeting quality and hygiene requirements. Ensure that filtration and dilution are performed correctly so that the beer is free of solid particles before transferring it to the packaging process under the quality standards required for each of the various brands produced.
