At **CONSEDE**, we are committed to developing new talent, which is why we are looking for: **\- Financial Analyst (Advanced Excel Knowledge)** ***WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?*** * **MANDATORY**: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Actuarial Science, Accounting or Economics. * Full-time availability * Experience managing financial indicators (Liquidity, Leverage, Revenue Management, Cash Flow) **MANDATORY** * Knowledge of financial statements, accounting standards and cost analysis. * Database analysis (Power BI, Tableau or equivalent). * Financial modeling, forecasting and valuation * Advanced Excel proficiency (Pivot Tables, Macros, Financial Models, Data Validation, SUMIFS/ XLOOKUP/ INDEX\-MATCH). * Graduates with up to 3 years since graduation or with 1 year of recent experience in similar positions. ***WHAT WILL YOU DO?*** * Prepare periodic financial reports (monthly, quarterly and annual). * Conduct variance, trend and budget deviation analyses. * Develop financial forecasts, models and economic scenarios. * Analyze financial statements: balance sheet, income statement and cash flow statement. * Support the preparation and monitoring of the annual budget. * Evaluate costs, expenses and profitability of projects or business units. * Monitor key financial performance indicators (KPIs). * Maintain updated documentation and internal controls within the finance department. * Identify opportunities for cost savings or financial efficiency. **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** * Direct employment contract with the company * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm; Saturdays, 8:00am to 1:00pm * Statutory benefits * Hybrid work option (applies only for candidates from outside the area) * Net salary of $17,000 \- $20,000 per month. **Work Location: Col.
