Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and responsible systems technician or engineer for technical support, with experience in equipment analysis and repair, network and operating system configuration. Key Responsibilities: 1. Technical support and equipment repair. 2. Network and operating system configuration. 3. Installation and configuration of Office software and security cameras. Education: Technical degree, Engineering or Bachelor’s degree in Systems or Computer Science (student completing studies or incomplete degree acceptable). Experience: Minimum 1 year in technical or remote support. Knowledge of CMD commands. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Equipment analysis and repair. \- Data backup. \- Hard drive cloning. \- Image loading. **Installation and configuration of:** · Wired and wireless networks. · Windows 10 and 11 operating systems. · Microsoft Office and Outlook software. · Security cameras and their repair. **SKILLS:** Proactive.
