DESCRIPTION Enterprise Systems Manager This position will be responsible for coordinating the organization’s technological evolution, ensuring efficient system operations, proper vendor management, integration of new enterprise solutions, and standardization of key processes. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee the operation, updates, and security of the technology infrastructure. * Define guidelines, processes, and best practices for various IT services. * Design, consolidate, and strengthen the department’s structure. * Establish infrastructure and technology acquisition strategy. * Provide technological advisory support to franchisees and operational units. * Coordinate the implementation, enhancement, and operational continuity of the ERP and other critical platforms. * Manage technology projects with a focus on efficiency, control, and scalability. * Administer vendors, procurement, and technology inventory control. * Document operational processes and identify opportunities for improvement. REQUIREMENTS * Professional degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. * More than 10 years of experience in leadership roles within IT departments. * Demonstrable experience in infrastructure administration, software architecture, project management, and ERP systems. * Willingness to travel.
