ZINERGIA is distinguished by its commitment to delivering excellence in service, meeting the needs of our customers, and continuing to achieve this requires the necessary human talent. **Fuel Performance Manager** **Mission:** Analyze fleet fuel consumption performance, implement corrective and preventive actions to optimize fuel utilization, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. **Responsibilities:** * Develop a database tracking fuel efficiency performance in RP * Analyze database to identify units with high and low fuel efficiency * Identify and analyze failures in units * Generate and present weekly and monthly performance reports * Review and report discrepancies in diesel consumption analysis * Monitor idle times * Develop, implement, and execute adjustment proposals, improvement plans, and preventive actions * Train operators **Requirements:** * Professional degree: Mechanical Engineer, Automotive Systems Engineer, or related field * Four years of experience in similar roles * Experience leading work teams * Strong communication skills * Experience working with goals, objectives, and KPIs * Advanced Office proficiency Employment type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $35,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract Education: * Completed bachelor’s degree (Mandatory) Experience: * Fuel performance: 4 years (Mandatory) Work location: On-site employment
