Join our team—we are seeking a "Public Works Construction Resident" for positions in the Eastern Zone and Mexico City (CDMX). **Full Job Description** We are looking for a Civil Engineer or Architect holding a valid professional license to serve as a Construction Resident, with experience in public works projects—specifically in **drainage systems, drinking water infrastructure, asphalt paving, sidewalks, and curbs**—as well as expertise in preparing generators, estimates, budgets, and quantity takeoffs. **Key Responsibilities:** · Execute construction in accordance with approved drawings; implement necessary, authorized field adaptations · Maintain an up-to-date construction logbook · Review the assigned project budget · Coordinate, plan, and organize subcontractors and on-site work · Prepare cost estimates · Generate numerical reports · Perform quantity takeoffs · Supervise contractors’ work · Develop and oversee the project schedule · Read and interpret construction drawings; supervise their implementation · Report project progress · Monitor compliance regarding personnel, timelines, and materials · Supervise quality standards · Make necessary decisions to ensure proper project execution · Submit photographic reports · Ensure all required documentation is available on site · Receive and accommodate site visitors · Coordinate activities to advance physical progress while optimizing resources—including mechanical equipment, materials, and labor · Receive construction materials **We Offer:** * Excellent working environment * Job stability * Base salary Employment Type: · Full-time · **Salary: MXN $12,000.00 per month** Work Schedule: · Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM–1:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time Salary: MXN $10,000.00 – $12,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site
