**Civil Engineer or Architect with Degree and Professional License** **Minimum 5 years of experience in public works and road construction**, performing the following activities: * Valid Advanced Electronic Signature (FIEL) is mandatory * Demonstrable experience using the Electronic Public Works Logbook * Advanced proficiency in software such as Excel, Opus, Neodata, and AutoCAD * Experience preparing and submitting public tenders to various government agencies * Ability to interpret the Public Works Law and related services legislation * Prepare and review progress measurement documents, sketches, and photographs for payment estimates * Submit payment estimates on time and in full, including all necessary supporting documentation for approval and payment * Execute agreements within stipulated timeframes and budgets, including all required supporting documentation for approval * Prepare and compile extraordinary pricing documentation for processing and payment * Manage material, equipment, and human resources deployed on site * Review both technical and financial information related to projects and report any missing information * Assess various setbacks and problems and implement appropriate strategies to resolve them * Develop, coordinate, monitor, and track construction schedules * Coordinate, assign, and evaluate scheduled tasks for administrative and field team members * Deliver projects on time and in accordance with specifications * Prepare, supervise, and submit weekly work progress reports * Implement strategies to monitor the execution, supervision, and extraordinary items listed in the scope of work catalog * Prepare, review, and submit material and service requisitions according to the procurement department’s contract, within established days and hours * Verify, validate, and assess subcontractors’ work progress and quality * Verify, validate, and assess material quality * Verify and report whether materials, machinery, equipment, tools, work, and services correspond to those specified in requisitions Employment type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $18,000.00 MXN per month Benefits: * Company car * Company phone * Free uniforms Work location: On-site employment
