A leading construction company is seeking a Unit Price Coordinator, Civil Engineer and/or Architect, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in high-value construction projects. Proficiency in Opus and AutoCAD is required. Responsibilities: Reviewing bulletins and project changes affecting the budget; preparing unit price cards; measuring affected volumes; preparing change order budgets due to impacts; reconciling prices with the client.
