Grupo Rev, dedicated to manufacturing Halloween masks and exporting to over 30 countries due to its excellent quality, is seeking a Quality and Process Leader. **Requirements:** * Academic level: Bachelor’s degree/Engineering in Industrial, Chemical, Process, or Quality fields * Intermediate Excel proficiency * Experience in: quality management in manufacturing, nonconformities, quality tools, work methods, standard time analysis, formulation processes, internal and external audits. **Key Responsibilities** * Implement, administer, maintain, and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) and work method documentation. * Lead the Process Analyst team in executing and technically validating time studies for production processes. * Supervise the operation and reliability of Quality and Formulation laboratories. * Prepare periodic executive reports on work methods (times) and Quality Performance (scrap, complaints). * Collaborate with Production on continuous improvement projects (Lean/Kaizen) focused on reducing variability and downtime.
