




Position Summary: Supervises and manages payroll, contracts, organizational development, recruitment, training, safety and hygiene, and legal compliance, ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions. Leadership, coaching, and effective communication for teamwork Description and details of responsibilities: * Supervision and management of payroll, attendance incidents, employee onboarding/offboarding, and salary adjustments. * Review and management of employment contracts, personnel files, and records. * Organizational Development: job definition, job descriptions, organizational charts, and structures. * Recruitment and selection management (supervising the process, not performing basic execution). * Planning, monitoring, and follow-up of staff training and development. * Implementation and supervision of Safety and Hygiene (STPS, committees, DC-3). * Legal compliance: Federal Labor Law (LFT), Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS), National Workers’ Housing Fund Institute (INFONAVIT), Registry of Specialized Service Providers (REPSE), labor audits. * Organizational climate management and socially oriented activities with a strategic focus. * Design and implementation of internal controls and HR procedures. * Preparation for and support during internal and external audits. * Monitoring and fulfillment of obligations arising from the Registry of Specialized Service Providers (REPSE). Experience and Requirements: * Proven experience in Organizational Development. * Solid knowledge of Safety and Hygiene and training. * Experience in auditable companies and regulated environments. * Strong ability to control, analyze, and monitor. * Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position or as an HR Supervisor. * Excellent interpersonal skills with personnel at all levels. * Effective communication. * Leadership, coaching, and feedback skills. * Teamwork.
