Job Responsibilities * Implement and manage preventive maintenance of all equipment and update related records. * Diagnose and handle all equipment repairs, including motors, starters, circuit breakers, chillers, and associated equipment throughout the building. * Comply with Four Seasons Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as outlined in A.C.T.A. * Work harmoniously and professionally with coworkers and supervisors. * Respond promptly to guest requests regarding room maintenance and equipment within rooms or public areas. * Respond to all emergency conditions, such as fires, power outages, etc. * Clean all engineering stations, grease traps, plumbing access points, and maintain an organized department and hotel. **Requirements** EDUCATION LEVEL: High school diploma or equivalent. EXPERIENCE: 1–2 years in a related position. SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Requires functional technical knowledge of general building maintenance.
