Preferably 2 to 5 years of experience related to Occupational Health and Safety topics in the industrial sector, particularly in maquiladora operations. * Risk identification and assessment, with the development of programs for their elimination and/or mitigation. * Development and implementation of STPS (Secretariat of Labor and Social Welfare) policies to ensure compliance with the legal and regulatory framework. * Employee training and awareness through brigades and active programs involving operational staff and various response teams. * Supervision and regulatory compliance with Federal and State entities. * Investigation and analysis of accidents and incidents, maintaining a TRIR (Total Recordable Incident Rate) log at the plant level. * Emergency management, submitting an emergency response plan to civil protection authorities. * Promotion of overall well\-being to ensure and enhance quality and safety in the workplace and beyond.
