Job Objective: Ensure the store’s financial profitability, discipline, staff training, proper administration and operations, adherence to policies and procedures, and achievement of business performance targets for the assigned store, all within a pleasant working environment. Responsibilities: * Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance indicators for the position, updating daily targets per established policies and processes. * Review the store’s profit-and-loss statement and implement improvement strategies. * Receive payments for overdue accounts at the store and apply them in the system. * Conduct the daily Store Verification Checklist, promptly reporting anomalies or unusual situations and delegating tasks to maintain an immaculate store appearance. * Be solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and, where applicable, authorizing all store lease or sales contracts, strictly adhering to company policies and procedures. * Directly responsible for post-delivery customer verification of daily store deliveries. * Enter and authorize employee schedules and attendance incidents in the electronic payroll system, performing required approvals timely and accurately. * Implement improvement plans. * Interview candidates and ensure effective selection for any store position, supporting recruitment efforts in strict alignment with company job descriptions. * Continuously train all store staff and ensure all personnel receive appropriate training. * Update bulletin boards with performance results and communications. * Weekly submission of cash and valuables.
