Job Summary: We are seeking a Systems Engineer or Technician to provide remote and on-site support, performing equipment preparation, configuration, and maintenance of systems, applications, and security. Opportunity for development in infrastructure and structured cabling. **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Systems Technician, or Computer Science **Experience:** Minimum 6 months in Remote and/or On-site Support **Knowledge:** · Creating backups, formatting, and installing software and hardware · Basic structured cabling **(desirable)** · Protocols and configuration of Active Directory accounts, domains, and VPN connections **Responsibilities:** · Preparation and configuration of new Windows 10 or newer devices · Configuration of applications, email, Microsoft Office 365, and SharePoint · Corrective and preventive maintenance · Repair of computers and peripheral devices · Security policy configuration · Installation and configuration of antivirus and security consoles · Installation and configuration of peripheral devices · Development of infrastructure projects for structured cabling (training for new hires). **We Offer:** · Salary: $12,000 MXN per month (tax-free) · Continuous training · Performance bonus of 50% of base salary · Travel allowances for local and out-of-town assignments · Overtime pay (if applicable) **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM **Apply now and attach your CV!** Employment Type: Indefinite-term contract Work Location: On-site employment Work Location: On-site employment Salary: $12,000.00 – $18,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
