We’re bridging two worlds, moving towards more sustainable energy sources, while helping to provide the energy, chemicals and resources needed now. **Objective:** Responsible for verifying the correct conceptualization, design, implementation, and commissioning of railway track projects at the site through a structure that allows minimal startup curve for installed equipment and/or systems, thereby achieving the company's objectives through the most critical CAPEX budget investments. Must also be responsible for selecting the best technologies for the site and ensuring that each project's objectives are fully met. **Main Responsibilities:*** Gather user requirements and specifications for railway track projects. * Interact end-to-end with stakeholders according to project scope. * Manage project resources (people, technologies, and finances). * Manage budgets using PMP methodology. * Manage contractors during the project implementation phase. * Technical planning of projects. * Share information with stakeholders and supervise the approval process. * Supervise and conduct technical audits, ongoing inspections, tests, and surveillance activities to ensure project quality requirements are met. * Supervise end-to-end testing of new/used equipment, including design reviews, FAT, SAT, commissioning. * Financial closure of projects. * Responsible for compliance with company policies on assigned projects. * Participate in project evaluations and business cases. * Responsible for complete delivery of project documentation (including deviations). * Generate non-conformance reports for any defective or non-conforming workmanship or materials **Essential Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree / Civil Engineering, Architecture. * Experience \+3 years in construction of railway track projects * Knowledge in Lean Construction. * Advanced Intermediate English **Moving forward together** We’re committed to building a diverse, inclusive and respectful workplace where everyone feels they belong, can bring themselves, and are heard.
