We invite you to join us as **ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT** Location: Hermosillo, Sonora **Job Objective:** *Provide support to Management through the management, coordination, and execution of administrative tasks.* **Responsibilities:** * *Document management.* * *Organize, archive, and keep all departmental documents up to date.* * *Data entry and updating of databases in the system (costs, sales, inventories, etc.).* * *Provide support to the Accounting Department.* * *Basic accounting tasks (issuing invoices, recording expenses, payments, etc.).* * *Invoicing.* * *Preparation of reports, statements, administrative documents, or documents required for procedures.* * *Support in logistics processes.* * *And other duties.* **Requirements:** * *Education: Completed Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Commerce, or related field.* * *Previous experience: 1 year as Administrative/Accounting Assistant.* * *Knowledge: Basic accounting, recordkeeping, data entry, document filing and control, administrative processes, inventories.* * *Skills: Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel mandatory), billing systems, accounting systems, inventory systems.* We’re waiting for you!
