This position is critical to ensuring budget accuracy and project control. · Requirements Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering (degree and professional license). Prior experience in construction quantity surveying and preparation of take-offs. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (intermediate-to-advanced Excel). Proficiency in AutoCAD. Knowledge and hands-on experience with Revit. Responsibilities Review and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to identify construction items. Prepare take-off quantities and quantify construction volumes. Integrate and develop item catalogs. Conduct detailed identification of work items for accurate budget formulation. Validate construction quantities against the execution project.
