Job Description: At ISAe Servicios Administrativos S.A. de C.V., we are looking for a Technical Support Technician with experience in installing, configuring, and maintaining computer equipment and printers. This project lasts 1 month, during which you will be responsible for ensuring the correct implementation and operation of technological equipment across our various departments. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and possesses strong technical accountability, capable of working toward defined objectives and meeting established deadlines. Main Responsibilities: Physical installation and configuration of computer equipment (PCs, laptops, peripherals). Configuration and connection of local and network printers. Basic technical support to users during implementation (hardware and software). Verification of network connectivity and access to shared resources. Operating system and driver updates according to internal guidelines. Recording and documentation of computer equipment custody. Coordination with the IT department for final validation of configuration and commissioning. Requirements: Technical diploma or completed/unfinished bachelor’s degree in Systems, Informatics, or related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support or equipment installation. Knowledge of: Local and network printer configuration. Windows operating systems (7, 10, 11). Basic networking (IP, DNS, connectivity). Office suite and corporate software applications. Availability for on-site work and travel between locations (if applicable). Service-oriented attitude, punctuality, and responsibility. We Offer: Net salary: $10,000 per month.
