Profile: * Secondary education or higher * Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience * Proficiency in using hand and power tools * Knowledge of electrical, sanitary, and hydraulic systems * Prior work experience in similar environments (factories, buildings, hotels, hospitals, etc.) Responsibilities: * Preventive and corrective maintenance tasks * Cleaning * Preventive maintenance of a swimming pool * Electrical installation * Masonry * Carpentry * Plumbing We Offer: * Base salary: MXN 12,000 net per month * Statutory benefits * Opportunity for growth Schedule: * Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM * Half-day on Saturdays * Work location near Av. de las Águilas Salary: $11,000\.00 \- $12,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
