Vacancy: Customs Lawyer **AAACESA \| AIFA Customs** At AAACESA, we seek talent to join our team as a **Customs Lawyer**, participating in the management and monitoring of legal and operational processes related to foreign trade and customs. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Law (graduation completed or in progress is preferred). * Minimum 1 year of experience in customs-related matters. * Prior experience as a customs broker with comprehensive knowledge of import and export processes will also be considered. * Knowledge of: * Procedures for releasing goods before ANAM. * Inspection and verification of goods. * Preparation and follow-up of official submissions to customs authorities. * PAMA’s and administrative procedures in customs matters. * Abandonment of goods. * Compilation and review of case files. * Customs declarations (pedimentos), invoices, road transport bills, bills of lading (BL), air waybills, and foreign trade documentation. * Non-tariff regulations and restrictions. * Customs Law and operational import/export processes. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Familiarity with customs systems and government platforms is desirable.
