Collaboration with teams for efficient integrations. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** Implement, configure, and customize software solutions according to client and project requirements, ensuring correct installation, operation, integration, and end-user adoption. Provide technical support, training, and documentation; monitor project progress; resolve incidents; and collaborate with internal teams to guarantee efficient implementations aligned with best practices and continuous improvement. **JOB FUNCTIONS:** * Configure and install software according to project specifications and client requirements. * Customize applications and systems based on the specific needs of the company or client. * Conduct initial testing to ensure the software functions correctly after installation. * Provide technical support to users during and after the implementation process. * Conduct end-user training on software usage and functionalities. * Document and resolve technical issues arising during implementation. * Collaborate with the development team and other departments to ensure proper software integration into the company’s environment. * Coordinate with clients and users to gather requirements and ensure their fulfillment during implementation. * Monitor progress and report implementation status to project leads. * Create and maintain technical documentation and user manuals for implemented software. **EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Systems Engineering, or related field. **SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE:** * Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, or PHP. * Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban. * Knowledge of application installation and configuration in both on-premises and cloud environments. * Familiarity with version control tools such as Git, Subversion (SVN), or Mercurial. * Experience with relational database management systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Microsoft SQL Server. * Ability to write and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures. * Knowledge of integrated development environments (IDEs) such as Visual Studio, Eclipse, IntelliJ IDEA, or VS Code. * Ability to configure and manage development, testing, and production environments. * Experience conducting software testing, including unit, integration, and acceptance testing. * Proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Office, and Mac iOS. **EXPERIENCE:** * Minimum 2 years.
